What we collect
Nothing. Adventure Day does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information whatsoever. We do not ask for a name, an email address, an age, a photograph, a location, or any other personal detail. There is no sign-up, no account and no login.
Internet access
Adventure Day requests no Android permissions of any kind, including no internet permission. The app cannot connect to the internet at all. It works entirely offline, on the device.
Advertising and analytics
There are no adverts, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party software development kits of any sort. Nothing about how the game is played is measured or reported to anybody.
Purchases
There are no in-app purchases and nothing to buy. The game is complete as downloaded.
Saved data
The game saves your child's progress — the things she has found, what she has built, her drawings — to a single file in the app's own private storage on the device. That file never leaves the device and cannot be read by us or by anybody else. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Children
Adventure Day is intended for children and complies with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the UK and EU GDPR provisions on children's data — trivially so, because no data is collected from anybody, of any age.
Photographs used in the game
The photographs of wildlife, meadows and dinosaur models shown inside the game are stock photographs licensed from Pexels under the Pexels License, and are bundled with the app. The photographs of the two dogs are the developer's own.
The game's in-game "camera" photographs drawings inside the game only. It does not use your device's camera, and the app has no camera permission.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address, with a new date at the top.
